Ciphex Token Claim Center

The Ciphex Token Claim Center and claim dashboard (the “Claim Center”) are provided solely for the administration of Ciphex token claims. Its only function is to display the status of Ciphex tokens (“CPX Tokens”) issued to eligible tokenholders, including CPX Tokens that remain subject to lockup periods, vesting schedules, transfer restrictions, or are available for claim. When eligible CPX Tokens are claimed, they are automatically transferred to the designated digital wallet connected by the applicable tokenholder during the claim process. The Claim Center does not function as a digital wallet, custodial service, exchange, trading platform, portfolio management service, or any other regulated financial service. Except for CPX Tokens that remain subject to applicable lockup periods or vesting schedules pending eligibility for claim, Ciphex does not control, manage, or hold CPX Tokens on behalf of any tokenholder. All CPX Tokens displayed within the Claim Center remain the exclusive property of the applicable tokenholder. Ciphex does not impose or collect any fees for access to or use of the Claim Center or for processing token claims. The Claim Center is provided solely as an administrative service and is made available to tokenholders without charge.

By accessing or using the Claim Center, tokenholders acknowledge and agree that all third-party transaction costs, including Ethereum gas (GWEI) fees and any other applicable network charges, are solely their responsibility. Tokenholders are solely responsible for maintaining the security, confidentiality, and continued access to their designated digital wallet, including all associated private keys, seed phrases, passwords, authentication credentials, and security devices. Ciphex does not maintain custody of wallet credentials, cannot recover lost or inaccessible digital wallets, cannot reset or replace wallet access credentials, and cannot transfer, reassign, or associate claimed or unclaimed CPX Tokens with a different digital wallet where access to the originally designated digital wallet has been lost, compromised, or is otherwise unavailable. Any loss of wallet access, unauthorized access, theft, fraud, user error, hardware failure, software failure, third-party compromise, cyberattack, or any other event affecting a tokenholder’s ability to access or claim CPX Tokens is solely the responsibility and risk of the applicable tokenholder. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ciphex disclaims all responsibility and liability arising from, or relating to, any such event.

The Ciphex Capital Ecosystem (“Ciphex”) is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, transfer agent, or other regulated financial intermediary. Access to the Claim Center does not establish a client, fiduciary, advisory, custodial, agency, contractual, or other professional relationship between Ciphex and any tokenholder. Nothing contained within the Claim Center constitutes investment, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice and should not be relied upon when making financial, legal, tax, or other professional decisions. Past performance should not create any entitlement to, or expectation of, future results.
